We process all orders within 2-3 business days. After processing, delivery takes 4-9 days as our products are shipped from our warehouse in Asia. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped so you can follow your package.

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return an item if you are not satisfied. To initiate a return, contact us at info@elle-melbourne.com for return instructions. You will need to pay for the return shipping yourself and returned items must be sent to our warehouse in Asia.
Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused and with their original tags attached. Once we receive your returned item, we will process it within 7 days.
